Hi, Aura is happy to provide partial refunds of a client's total under these circumstances:
- technical issues on our part
- we cannot complete the project
- we haven't started the project or finished the project within the estimated timeframe given.
At the completion of your project, a final walk through will be scheduled. During that time, all client's are more than encouraged to ask any questions and state any grievances that they come across. From there the client has then 48hrs, to make any requests for changes for their project free of charge. After the 48-hour period, the client may make requests but charges will occur based upon their request. Please note further changes may shift the final completion date of your project.
During the initial consultation, the expectations are for clients to have an idea or concept that they have in mind to be executed. All forms of communication of ideas are accepted but we do recommend:
